Kunle Oladehin has been a dancer his whole life but never acted on it until he was exposed to the hip hop scene in college. His journey since has been a balance of academics and art. He studied Biology at Harvard and Public Health at Columbia and worked in various areas of medical research. Concurrently he built his name in the street dance community through training, teaching and competing around the world. When the opportunity opened up to lead EDN, he saw an intersection of his passions and skills. He looks forward each day to furthering the impact of this organization.

NATIONAL EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, OLAKUNLE OLADEHIN

Cebo has been dancing since befor ehe could speak. Winning his first dance competition at 5 years old. He has since gone on to win some of the world’s largest dance battles such as Juste Debout, and House Dance International. He has also choreographed for King Street Records recording artist Kimara Lovelace. He has shared collaborated with all of the top street dancers in the world today. In 2003 he set out to open a studio in Japan based on teaching the fundamentals of street. Next Generation New York Studios. It is now in it‘s eigth year of opperation with well over one thousand students making it one of the largest street dance schools in the Chugoku region of Japan. In 2013 he started his own dance company GenX The Company based in Okayama, Japan.  Cebo will be joining everybody Dance now!'s team this year in order to utilize his incredible experience of training our teaching faculty and creating our hip hop dance curriculum.

In 2015, During her senior year at UCSB, Kelsie began as an instructor with EDN! Santa Barbara after training as a dancer herself for 18 years. She then transitioned into the role of program manager and continues her work for EDN! while living in Los Angeles, where she is pursuing a professional dance career. Kelsie loves being a part of the EDN! team and getting to see first hand how dance can instill confidence, passion, and purpose in the lives of others, just as it did for her.

Jared Fischer is an expert, experienced arts and cultural grant writer and development professional; his track record includes teaching grant writing (Center for Nonprofit Success), getting hundreds of foundation, corporate and government grants funded and awards earned, quality communications, storytelling, and stewardship of donations, campaigns, and grant funding. He has worked extensively with dance organizations as well as theater companies and visual artists. He is also a creative writer with published work at various online magazines and blogs.

Kelli Forman is a dance instructor, choreographer, Yoga instructor, CA Certified Massage Therapist, teen meditation group leader, and the National Program Director for Everybody Dance Now!. Kelli began dancing at the age of four, attended the University of Kansas on a full dance scholarship, and later moved to New York City and Los Angeles, where she worked with choreographers such as Brian Friedman, Hi Hat, Kenny Ortega, Fatima Robinson, and Travis Payne (Michael Jackson's choreographer). She danced on shows such as X-Factor, Dancing With the Stars, America’s Got Talent, and Glee. Kelli joined the EDN! team three years ago as the national program director and santa barbara chapter director and continues her passion of teaching, choreography, and non-profit work.

Dance Studio.As Tinelle continues to grow by pushing herself to learn, grow, and acquire new vocabulary, she is excited to share her passion to help develop her students. Tinelle Matlock is the Performance Troupe Director for Everybody Dance Now! Santa Barbara, has co-created our National Standards Based Curriculum, and currently teaches multiple EDN! classes in Santa Barbara. She is always inspiring our students to reach their potential in dance and in life!

Alyssa is a Registered Dietitian with a graduate degree in public health who makes hot sauce for an urban farm, runs a food pantry, and is helping to expand the reach of Everybody Dance Now!  She is interested in dance, and particularly hip hop, as a means for communicating across cultural and economic differences, and in the potential of dance to transform the lives of the most underserved people in our midst.  Alyssa has a background in ballet and folk dance and has recently started exploring her lifelong passion for hip hop.  She dances everywhere, including on subway platforms, barges, and her bike.

Sophia discovered EDN! when, as an undergraduate student in Chicago, she saw the lack of arts and after school programming in her city. By May of her freshmen year, she had began creating the Chicago chapter. Since then, Sophia has served on the national team as project manager, and continues to serve the organization. Four years since her initial involvement in the organization, Sophia is now a full time graduate student pursuing her Master's in Social Work at University of Chicago, with an anticipated graduation date of June 2017. Sophia intends to go on to practice Social Work both in the macro and micro focuses, using clinical training as well as management skills. Her main professional goal is to contributing to dismantling the systems that oppress or disenfranchise those who are underserved, and helping to uplift and enrich the lives of others.
